Sometimes we need support in learning how to show up differently in our closest relationships.
Our intimate partnerships are often where we feel most vulnerable - and where our deepest wounds and protective patterns can be activated. The people we love most can sometimes bring us face-to-face with parts of ourselves that need care, understanding, and healing.
Couples therapy can offer a space to slow down, become curious about these patterns, and learn to relate to one another with greater honesty, courage, and compassion.
Therapy Approach

IFIO
Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO) is a couples therapy approach grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS). It helps couples understand what happens within each of them when they feel hurt, disconnected, threatened, or misunderstood - and how these internal experiences can shape the way they relate to one another.
IFIO offers couples a way to become curious about these patterns rather than getting caught in them. By developing a deeper understanding of our own emotions, vulnerabilities, and protective responses, we can begin to respond to one another from a place of greater openness, compassion, and choice.
