You can book your free 20-minute consultation by visiting the website and selecting “Work with Chantelle.” You can also reach out directly by phone or email if that feels easier for you.
You can pay for your therapy sessions by credit card or e-transfer, whichever is easiest for you.
Your standard therapy session is 50 minutes. If you feel you would benefit from more time, 75-minute sessions are also available. You can talk through what feels right for you during your free consultation so the session length matches your needs.
Your fee options are: a free 20-minute phone consultation, $180 CAD for a 50-minute in-person or virtual session, and extended sessions available on request. If you want to discuss longer sessions, please contact us for details.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and discuss what you hope to change or explore. We’ll also talk about how therapy works, answer your questions, and make sure the pace feels manageable for you.
Yes. Your privacy is taken seriously, and what you share in therapy is kept confidential within the limits required by law and professional standards. If you have questions about confidentiality, we’re happy to go over them with you before you begin.
